Here is my new apartment on Sandy Trail from the front. It is a duplex that I will be moving into on Sunday, August 12.
A nice view of the kitchen. I like that the sink is by the window again, which I didn't have in the Arbors. I only had 2 windows in the entire apartment in Mt. Vernon, this one is full of light.

Mom in the hallway from the kitchen facing the 2 bedrooms. The living room is on the right of my mom, the bathroom on her left, one room at the end of the hall straight ahead and the other on the end at the right.
A view from the back of the duplex. I will be responsible for mowing so I will need to buy a mower soon. The landlord will be mowing this Friday and then I will have to take it over. There is a hook-up for a washer and dryer in the little addition on the back.

A view from one bedroom into the hallway. It is a great apartment and I'm excited to be able to move in this weekend and unpack my stuff that has been in storage since June 21!

Yep, I think you'll like having two bedrooms in your apartment and more windows, and I'm glad you're just 7 min. away instead of 8 hours! You found a nice one.
