Notice the similarities ?
Lookin' good!
Pastor Rilea and Aunt Ruthie capturing priceless memories.
A little advice?!
Just the 2 of us for a few pictures by ourselves. Since the pictures were taken before the wedding we had about 15 minutes to see each other for the first time and start the marathon picture process.
All covered up!
My beautiful bride. Do you think I look excited?!
Carrie looked beautiful...
Sharing the moment.
Carrie thinks about the big day... Carrie and her flower girl Ella.
The bridesmaids and flower girl.
The maid of honor and the bride.
The groomsmen and the Bible boy Ethan. The pictures lasted from around 12:15 p.m. until 2:15. It was a long time to stand and smile but looking back now was definitely worth it!

Wedding Day from Jaclyn's Perspective

The big day from the perspective of Jaclyn's camera. My 2 wedding day posts earlier were from my camera. Talking to my Best Man Jeff before the ceremony.
Jeff did a great job and it was a blast to have him and Sara here for the weekend.
The paparazzi capturing the moment.
The view from the balcony where the strings played.
Jaclyn and Renee.
From behind the arbor looking down the isle. Karen G. did a terrific job of decorating this on Thursday afternoon as she took at least 4+ hours on it. Thanks a lot Karen, it looked great!
John signs the signature mat. It was fun to have John around too as this was the first time in the last 9 years I haven't gone to CO to board. The week my parents were gone out there I was actually teaching at Hardy and doing some wedding planning with Carrie in the evenings. Carrie just put a picture of us at the Goliath Wall after the wedding in the center of this mat.
The invitations. Carrie, Jaclyn, Kelli and my mom folded and tied these on Tuesday of the wedding week.
Amy and Jeremy give us their greetings after the ceremony.
Jaclyn, Tara, Lindsey, John and Jeff made a great wedding party. Where was Grant? We couldn't have chosen a better group. It was a fun weekend.
The bridesmaids.
Ethan and Ella get comfortable.
The veggie tray at the Reception. After the wedding since the weather had cleared up we drove over to the Goliath Wall and got some pictures with the arbor. Thanks for bringing it out there Dan, John and Jeff! My cousins got a good workout hauling that thing around Sunday for sure!
The serving line. The meal was catered by Elsa.
The 2 grooms cakes. Good choice, don't you think?
The bride and groom.
The wedding cake and grooms cake waiting to be served.
Don holds Carson while he gets a little nap in. Nikie looks on. We were happy to have all our pals from Highland come over for the big day!
The Cooks came over from Ashville. After our wedding, they took a drive up to Boston and saw the Red Sox play 2 games at Fenway Park before driving back down for Jaclyn's wedding.
Eileen and the Andersons.
The Owens.
Klukeys, Ashlocks and Eric at the Reception.
The bride and groom arrive from post-wedding Goliath Wall pictures.
Carrie and her pals, Olivia and Gaby from just up the road from us and soon to be next-door-neighbors at Highland.
Packed up and ready for Alaska!!
Taking off for the trip of a lifetime. Thanks for all the great pictures Jaclyn and all your help with not only this wedding weekend but the multiple hours for months in advance and the week before!!

Saturday afternoon fun

The line forms for lunch.
Jessica, Heather, Jake, and my Aunt Anne.
Grandpa Phil, Grandma Lois, Jeff, and Sara.
Jake and my dad having a good time. My parents are up in Plymouth right now and my dad and grandpa are golfing in 60s weather today.
Thanks for all your help with the dishes Uncle Milt!
Ryan and I got some basketball in Saturday afternoon! It was a little hot but nice and sunny. John, Jeff and Xavier came out to join in too.
Ryan tossed me some good alley oops although it appears I missed this one.
Mom and Renee during lunch.
Saturday night we headed over to the Fireside Room at McDonald Rd. Church to get ready for the Reception. Ryan, Tara, and Carrie set the table.
Gregg, Grandpa and Grandma Rilea and Jaclyn confer.
Jeff & Holly help me move a table to put the gifts on for the Reception on Sunday afternoon.
Tara and Carrie enjoying their rare time together as Tara lives in Colorado. With our wedding and Jaclyn and Ryan's 2 weeks later it was fun for all the girls to get together.
Sara and Jeff at the Fireside Room.
Waiting for the next instruction as the preparation was almost complete.
Linda was a big help setting up Saturday night. It was great that the Kwans could come down for the weekend! With both lunch and supper at the 50s Diner at CA, it was a good chance for a lot of family to get together and catch up on Sabbath.
