Weekend at Highland

On Friday, June 20, Carson came over for a visit!
He loves Carrie's water bottle. Carson makes himself comfortable on top of Carrie.
What is he grabbing for?!
Carson meets Bobtail.
Carson in his sun hat.
Carrie watches Carson, Carson watches the grey cat.
On Sabbath, June 21, we ate lunch at the Patricks with some other faculty and then at around 4 that afternoon Carrie and I took a hike along the trails that go through the woods near Highland.
This bird was about 150 feet away from me, so this was the maximum zoom my camera has.
Sabbath afternoon I got in some soccer dribbling practice when the walk took us through open grass on campus.
On Sunday we went shopping in Hendersonville and so I took Carrie to see the outside of Millersville Elementary.

This past week from Monday, June 23- Wednesday, June 25, I went to Professional Development meetings in Sumner County. This was Tuesday at Knox Dos Middle; Monday and Wednesday I drove 35 minutes one way to get to Hawkins Middle. I have to get 30 hours of Prof. Dev. for each year I teach in Sumner County and I now have 18 done for this year!
