Wed. June 11 & Thurs. June 12; in Vancouver & flight to Nashville

There was quite a system of electric public buses and a ton of construction.
We spent about 2 hours at the Vancouver Public Library on the Internet as we had hardly used it in the last 1 1/2 weeks.
More construction.
Home of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks from a distance.
Carrie poses infront of the stadium of the team that nearly cost the Nasvhille Predators the #8 seed in this year's Stanley Cup Play-Offs.
The view of the home of the Vancouver Canucks General Motors Place.
Cirque de Soleil was in town for a few months so we took pictures of the whole set up. We dropped off our 5 suitcases (for a $20 fee) for the day and then took the Sky Train to a mall where we found hardly anything good to look at. The Sportcheck that was advertised we searched for for over 30 minutes and never found...
Another view from the bridge we were walking over. We walked a few miles around Vancouver on the way back to Sub Way and the Train Station. The Sky Train flies by underneath us on the bridge.
The part of Vancouver where the Pacific Central AmTrak Station was located was not a very nice part of town.
We walked over to the Science Center and watched this ball machine for awhile. We used to love watching the one at the Toronto Science Center.
We took our AmTrak ride back at 5:40 p.m. Pacific time and saw a beautiful sunset.
Wow, just amazing.
Then Thursday we rose up in time to go eat a 2nd breakfast at the same Denny's we ate at the Tuesday before and then flew back south to the terrible heat and INTENSE humidity of the southeast.
All these pretty mountains were just southwest of Seattle and was amazing scenery. There were 2 girls behind us who were "stewed to the gills" the entire flight back and talking very loudly and laughing and screaming directly in my ear... it was quite a flight to say the least. I was nearly deaf by the time we staggered off the plane in Nashville. After 4 1/2 hours in a tiny plane seat I was pretty sore. It was a great honeymoon and came to an end all too soon.
