So nice and cold for June.
The car was dwarfed.
Carrie ventures out into the snow and cold.
Pretty blue skies.
The bridge as we were about to cross it.
Once we got back to Skagway, we drove up to the scenic overlook of Skagway. This was zoomed in on our ship.
We couldn't get lost! We met a couple from Atlin, BC, at Carcross, Yukon, when we were eating lunch at the only restaurant in town at the gas station. They had driven 3 hours to get there to go shopping in Whitehorse about 30 miles from Carcross. They said Carcross is the most beautiful area in the Yukon or BC, so we saw some of the best scenery Canada has to offer as western Canada is more scenic than eastern.
Of course I had to include the Saturday rug!

It was a great sunset after we were back on the Ryndam. It was very sad to leave this beautiful port. I have decided that someday it would be fun to work for the summer in Alaska and do tours like people we met 5 year ago. There were some teachers who live in the lower 48 during the school year and work in Alaska during the summer.
View of the sunset from the sports deck.
A pretty end to a great day. Skagway was great as was the drive into western Canada.

The second picture from the bottom of the sunset is the winner in this post - after the close up of you two that's really cute. We're going to have to take your lead and rent a car there when we go back - what neat scenery! The shot of Carrie "running away from you" is a good one too. One of my very favorites from our whole trip is just like yours here from Skagway's overlook.
