Thurs. June 5 along B.C. coast

There were floor mats inside the elevators that told us what day it was in case we forgot, which was a very likely possibility with the relaxed atmosphere of the cruise.
A shot of the calm water that would have been great for water skiing, although we didn't see anybody braving the cold water.
Carrie taking in all the views. The cruise really flew past and was too much to take in all at once. I wish we could have spent more time as Alaska could keep me interested all summer long touring!
From the side of the m.s. Ryndam.
The mountains were amazing and made me want to grab my board and do some riding.
The sun on the water was blinding without sunglasses.
The Lido Restaurant was where we ate most of our meals, on Deck 11.
Carrie explains to me the strategy involved in chess.
The boat puts out quite a nice wake, although not quite big enough to wakeboard behind.

Thursday we were cruising along the coast of British Columbia and it was amazing scenery. This is on Deck 6 where we stayed.
A little closer view.
A sunset on the water was a rare sight because we were usually in the Inside Passage and the moutains and fjords didn't let the sun hit the water.
Another shot... doesn't this make you want to call Holland America today and set up your Alaskan cruise?!
You can see mountains in the distance from the bow of the Ryndam. This was a fun day getting acquianted with the ship and enjoying the views. There was more and more snow in the mountains the farther we cruised north. Friday was our first port as we stopped at Juneau.

Wow, great pictures of a gorgeous place. I'm so glad you got to do that together on your honeymoon. And I'm glad the 4 of us did that a few summers back!

I hope you get a nice commission check for plugging the cruiseline, hehehe
